CAPABILITIES
CNC Turning
Our CNC turning services are built for efficiency and precision, making them ideal for both prototyping and high-volume production. With automatic bar feeders, our lathes run continuously, maximizing output. We work with a wide range of materials and through bar capacity is 1-5/8" with main and sub spindle for pick off capabilities along with two turrets, the main having live tooling and Y-axis travel for off-center machining
CNC Milling
Our CNC milling delivers precision parts, unmatched performance, and reliability, making us a trusted partner for high-quality machining. We achieve exceptional accuracy within .0005" and surface finishes under 3.2 Ra across various materials. Our largest machine has a 52"x20" table and has 50"x20"x20" (X,Y,Z) axis travel.
Screw Machines
With 40+ years of experience in screw machining, we offer reliable, high-volume production backed by deep industry expertise. Our facility houses 15 Brown and Sharpe precision screw machines, including models with up to 2 ⅜" capacity, we are trusted by top companies across the US to produce a wide range of parts from various materials and complexities.

Over forty years ago with five machines and two partners, Merrimack Manufacturing Company opened its doors. Stainless steel, brass, aluminum and plastic precision machined parts have been our specialty since the beginning. Our 100% commitment to customer satisfaction, through sustaining the highest quality standards, employing qualified machinists and incorporating internal engineering support has enabled Merrimack to maintain a success level that is unmatched in the industry.
In 2020, Merrimack established new ownership with a renewed focus on engineering support for existing customers as well as providing valued expertise to new customers. By way of background, new owner Andrew Vasiliauskas (Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience as a project engineer at a large scale industrial machine shop) teamed up with the previous owners to learn the trade and bring a fresh perspective but delivering on the same quality focused on for the last 40+ years.
