Merrimack Manufacturing Company has the tools to meet customer’s needs.
Merrimack Manufacturing will work with you through the entire manufacturing process, from prototype to production. Once a design and material has been agreed on, we utilize JobBoss Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for the entire process, from quoting to shipping. We offer 3D design support using Fusion 360 as our CAD and CAM software to make parts as efficiently as possible. We are also familiar with customer’s different Lean Manufacturing techniques and demands, to ensure product is delivered on time. Once a part has been released to be manufactured several different operations may be required:
Primary Operations: Our automatic Brown & Sharpe screw machines provide the majority of the machining at MMC.
Secondary Operations: When making parts that cannot be machined in a primary operation, our use of secondary operation machines allow us to complete complex parts. Our CNC machines allow us to supplement the effectiveness of our screw machines with the efficiency of CNC machining.
Finishing: We utilize our vibratory tumbler to deburr parts. Additionally we have access to anodizing, plating and other surface finishes by subcontracting to local vendors.
